By a ruling of the Specialised Interdistrict Court for Administrative Offences of the City of Almaty dated 21 May 2025, Freedom Finance JSC was held administratively liable under Part 3 of Article 217 of the Code of Administrative Offences with the imposition of an administrative penalty in the form of a warning, under Part 4 of Article 217 of the Code of Administrative Offences, with an administrative penalty in the form of a fine of 1,238,580 tenge.
